This set is one of the best me and my fiance have found! Worth the price!
This supposedly Complete knife set has an extra knife slot that makes it appear incomplete. The inside box flap even includes offer to 'Complete your block' and shows photo of 6" serrated knife that is not included in set. Made this a foolish Christmas present as it looks like we already lost a knife. I don't recommend purchase.

I bought this set over a year ago for my wife. She has always been a huge fan of Calphalon products. Unfortunately this set has been a huge disappointment! They definitely look the part but do not even as well as many of the generic and much less expensive brands we’ve used in the past. This will be the last Calphalon product we purchase.

I bought these for my husband, and he was so pleased with them from the start. You can tell they are quality from the weight and how easily they cut. These are worth every penny.

Wood sharpening block is exquisite. The knives toys like a glove in one’s hands. It’s a practical household item &the knives are labeled at the top.

We shopped around for weeks, comparing and pricing…what knives do we need? Etc. finally decided on this one, and haven’t looked back! Love this set and the Calphalon brand!

The company “encourages” you to complete the set, but what they suggest is an item that no longer available. Knives are top tier but the marketing and packaging are deceptive.
