Bought this for my son for his birthday came just on time. He loved it, of course he said luggage bag then think about using for the tools . Put his name on it too.

I purchased this for my contractor son and he absolutely loved it. Carharrt is a brand known by everyone. The embroidery came stitched on the wrong side and accidentally sewed an inside pocket closed but customer service at Personalization Mall being outstanding, send another promptly and fixed the issue. I have shown the duffle to others who have people in mind for purchasing this. What man (or woman) could resist this well made product.

Looks good right out of the package but is a birthday gift and the recipient won't open until March. Sorry. I have never had a bad purchase from Personalization Mall.
