Casper® Wave 13" Hybrid King Mattress

My wife and I bought a Wave Hybrid and a Foundation about a month ago. We both love the bed - it manages to feel both plush and supportive at the same time. My hip and shoulder pain have diminished significantly. I literally look forward to getting into this bed every night! Customer service has been excellent. They went above and beyond to help me with an issue with the Foundation (not their fault). Obviously, we're very pleased with our purchase - both the bed and the company - and highly recommend it.

NOT FOR SIDE SLEEPERS OR PEOPLE UNDER 150LBS After about 14 months of having it, I'm still waiting for it to be comfortable. I'm about 110lbs and a side sleeper. I normal like a medium-firm mattress but I think I'm too light and short for the "zoned comfort". That stiff, lifted panel takes up the middle third of the bed - my entire torso. It kills my shoulders with how extra firm that bulge is (my shoulders reach the end area of the curve). It lifts me in a way that is very uncomfortable and I wake up with a sore lower back and sometimes a dead leg. My boyfriend, 170lbs, thinks the bed is fine. I'm lucky to have him because he wears the bed down faster and makes it a little less stiff. I now have to make him rotate the mattress more than recommended.

Every night I crawl into bed and regret my decision to buy this plank/mattress. As a side sleeper, I was told in-store that this was the top-of-the-line and best bet for me - boy were they wrong. After a year this thing is still as hard as a rock and the opposite of the one I tried in the store. Depending on the angle I can feel the paneling for "targeted" support. I've had to add a 3" latex topper to get through the nights and my hips still hit the brick that is this delightful Casper mattress. After less than a year, I'm already in the market for another mattress... what a disappointment.

It has just the right amount of support, and I tend to roll around all night long and sleep on my back, my side, and my stomach.
