Cetaphil® 3-Count 4.5 oz. Cleansing Bar

I have been using the Daily Facial Cleanser for over 20 years & loved it. The new formula is geltiounus, smells bad, and does not cleanse as well as the original. Please bring back the original version.

I recently tried this product and found that it is not very good for skin that is more combination/oily. It sermed to be too hydrating and made my skin produce more oil. It did work well on the few dry patches. Overall, a few hours after using the product, I felt like I needed another face wash due to the excessive oil.

I’ve used this product for years. I don’t like the new formula. I was hoping with time I would get used to it. But that hasn’t been the case. The new product gums up at the end of the pump, and if it’s in my travel bottle it wants to come out in a clump instead of poring out nicely like the old formula.

I used the original Gentle Skin Cleanser for many, many years. It worked very well for me. I have use the new version once. I may give it a few days, but I am searching for a replacement. I have not heard any complaints about the old formula. I do not know why you would think your customers would want a change.
