I have purchased quite a few pepper mills and been disappointed...not with this one! Even my husband enjoys using it!

I've tried a number of them over the years, but this one is terrific. The handle makes it easy for arthritic hands to use; the generous opening makes it easy to add fresh peppercorns; the grind is adjustable. It is a well made product, and will likely be the last one I ever need!

I was fed up with sub-par pepper mills. I found this one on the BB&B website and was impressed (is somewhat suspicious) of its excellent ratings. I'm happy to say that the five stars are well deserved. The grinder has performed flawlessly, with no clogging (on a variety of peppercorns) and no shedding of loose pepper. It's also very attractive in its giraffe-like way. Why do they require that you personalize it? Is it to keep people from returning it? No one who tries it will ever give it up, I'm sure! My conclusion: better to pay more for one top-class pepper grinder than waste money on a series of lousy ones.

This is a beautifully personalized item. It looks awesome on our counter and works well on top of that. Thinking about buying as Christmas gifts for my friends and family, shhhh don't tell them.
