Love, love, love, love this product!! Curls are perfect. Works fast and although a little scary the first time it hasn't tangled or burned me yet. Super easy to use. Again I love this curling iron.

Doesn’t work
I bought this product a year ago. I tried to get it to work and on every attempts it fails. It catches on my hair, tangles into a knot, and starts beeping like crazy. I wish I returned it immediately but my mistake was not trying it before the return deadline.
I have tried so many different ways to curl my hair and it always just comes out as waves. This is an absolute must have for ladies like me who just can’t curl your hair. I also have thick naturally wavy frizzy hair and it smoothed out my frizz and the curls lasted all day. Let me add I was skeptical at first and watched several videos I’m so glad I decided to buy.
I watched several YouTube videos on this product and it seemed everyone had success. I was excited to get this in the mail, shipping was fast. Now, the product itself did not work on me at all. I do have very long hair but it’s very fine. It doesn’t matter if I put an inch of hair half an inch or a small strand of hair it just like bogged up. It just nodded my hair up and it would not take a curl at all I would not even spin. It didn’t matter what size my hair thickness was. I was very disappointed so I returned it.

I have think hair and it’s been really hard finding a curler that works for me. But this one since the day I received i have used it everyday day. So easy to use and keeps my curls all day!!! Love it!!!
It took me a while to learn how to use it. It says this side towards head. Once I learned to use it properly, I can curl my hair in about 10 minutes and no hot parts to burn my scalp or fingers Love it!
