Makes great muffin tops and easy cleanup.
I bought 2 of these pans for the purpose of making large buns (hamburger and the like). It did just what i wanted. A nice shaped bun....round and not too tall. The little wells of the pan made it easy to keep them centred...at least the ones I placed properly were (lol), and therefore separated during the baking process...And definitely non stick ... they slid right off

I ordered these pans and love them. Been making muffin tops and mini cakes. My only problem, there are no grip handles
I like to make sandwich cookies. This is the right size for what I make.
I use this several times a week. Prepackaged muffin/cornbread mixes work great, just adjust the temperature and baking time. Food comes right out and clean up is a breeze.
I've also used this pan to make quick "oven fried" eggs for English muffins sandwiches.
Great for flat corn muffins.
