Circulon® Clad Nonstick Stainless Steel 12-Piece Cookware Set

I have two sets of Circulon cookware but wanted another frying pan because mine are old and the center rounded after so much use and spins around as I stir (I have a glass top stove). I didn't know you're not supposed to use high heat; that was not in my original instructions brochure. This one is so heavy and I now know not to use high heat. The same thing happened with another pan. It is great, doesn't stick, and very easy to clean. Hoping it doesn't do the same thing. Wish this had been covered by warranty.

Some of the most visually appealing cookware on the market, between the lid, design, and the concentric circles. Unfortunately, when I preheat the pan, use a little oil and cook some thing, invariably those concentric circles end up with food residue, whether I’m frying an egg or searing a steak. the result is that I spend more time soaking and scrubbing the pan then it takes to cook and consume the meal. Not sure in whose world this is nonstick.

Very good product. The only issue is the non stick is not non stick in the grooves of the bottom of the pan. Takes a bit of scrubbing to get stuck on food out of the grooves.

I seldom write reviews and even less negative ones but these pans really disappointed me. I have had Circulon sets for over 20 years and loved them which led me to purchasing these. Non stick is not descriptive. So many things stick. I have tried lower heat, more butter when making eggs, oil and still the same problems.

We had an old set of Circulon so we are aware of the Quality so far we have not had any issues. Thanks

This is the best set of cookware I've ever owned. I have not cooked with it a lot yet, but I have been impressed with how evenly it cooks, and the fact that it requires less heat. I am also very pleased with the flat, non-stick rivets - those were always difficult to clean around in my prior sets. The pans seem to clean up easily - they are truly non-stick. The pots are all a very nice, heavy weight (though it sometimes makes handling difficult for me). I am pleased with the size of the pots in this set, with 2 exceptions: first, I would rather have had a 6-qt. Dutch oven; second, I'm sorry the set does not include a 10" fry pan, because that's a size I have a lot of use for. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend this cookware to anyone.

It’s gorgeous and cooks food so evenly! Definitely recommend to my friends. Bought it to use with my new induction top.
