This product is smaller than I thought and the lid has gaps when closed which lets heat out. I wouldn’t recommend this product for the cost.
While we are working from home, my husband's work space stays pretty cold (it is on the north side of the house). This little tea pot is just the thing. He can have a couple of cups of warming tea without constant trips to the kitchen. It was one of the only pots with an insert-able infuser which works great with the Chinese tea he likes (the leaves swell up really big). Addubg his initial on it was also a nice touch. Delivery was super fast and the packaging ensured it arrived intact. The 20% BBB coupon made it a great deal, to boot! I'm very happy with this purchase.
I ordered tea pot with personalized. I am not happy because the personalized came out for left hand it and I am not left hand it person. Thank you.
The tea pot lid does not even seal and it is on the tea pot crooked. Definitely not getting another tea pot from Bed Bath and Beyond. Doesn't even look like a 30 oz tea pot.
