This leg pillow is awesome for anyone who has ever had a hip replacement! I have recommended it to many of my friends and they've all acknowledged what a help it is in equalizing the weight distribution for "side sleepers." The washable cover for the pillow allows you to cleanse the body oils that eventually build up, so they don't break down the pillow,... and it air dries quickly! I especially like having two covers for my pillow, so I can maintain the "one on the pillow, another in the wash" mentality, allowing me to be prepared at all times to take my pillow on the road with me when I travel.
It serves the purpose of protecting the memory foam pillow. However, the zipper on the pillow cover tends to get in the way and can disrupt sleep, because it is uncomfortable (scratches the leg).

Takes pressure off my knee. Well worth the price!!!
I really thought this was a pillow and not covering for one I don’t like it
comfortable and much better than a bulky pillow. ordered for my family members with much approval.
I have been using my contour knee pillow for more than 10 years and the original case had seen better days. I found the new replacement to be so soft and comfortable that I regretted having waited so long to replace the original. I am really glad I bought it.
Cover is too small for pillow, tore open at seams when putting on. Not good quality
fits the pillow perfectly, washes without shrinking. would buy again, if needed.
Love the softness of the fabric.
I didnt realize it was just the cover I was ordering until it got here. Now I need to buy a knee pillow.
