This turntable takes a lot of weight. I loaded one up with as many canned and jarred goods as I could, which I estimate at over 35 pounds. The table still turns easily, smoothly, and noiselessly. And the non-skid surface lives up to its description. I didn't even notice that even the jars did not slide around, just took it for granted, I guess, until I re-read the description and realized it's true -- and a welcome feature. Perhaps the best thing I can say about this turntable is that I just ordered three more.
I have bought this item many times before, I have given it as a present because I really "used" to like it. The trick is in the "used". They seem to have changed the manufacturer "without consulting it with us" ha ha! This new ones are really bad. They make my teeth grind everytime they turn around. Also, when you put wait on them it really becomes hard to turn them around. They are going back!!!!! I hope they bring the old ones back. Bet they got a good deal from this new manufacturer and, of course, all about the $. Very desapointed! Why change something that is working??????

I purchased three of these turntables two are totally perfect the quiet steady no matter what you put on them the third one make some noise and it’s a little rough going around if it really bothers me I’ll bring it back-they will be happy to replace it
I purchased two of these.... to place side by side in my upper cabinet ....for my wine glasses! Works perfectly for an easy grab of one & then turn for the next one. No slip grip on it ...helps them stand tall... during the turns.
It was wonderful to find a carousel large enough to find in my corner cupboard. I bought four. But these were almost all significantly warped, and even when I loaded them up with items to flatten the platters. But even after many months, they do not turn evenly — or smoothly. I’m glad to have turntables, but this is not what I wanted at all.
It made a dep cabinet useful. Glides easily.
It fits my cabinet perfectly and moves smoothly and quietly.
Love it! It fits. It works. Even full of jars it turns beautifully!
This works well in my pantry. It turns nice and I can see all the items on it.
Works good to organize my pantry.
