It goes under your mattress, stays in place great. Super easy to get up and make your bed with barely any effort too. It stay pretty centered on the bed so you don't have to worry about stealing the covers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice light comforter that has allowed me and my partner to share the very same blanket! This comforter stays in place all night, and does not smash your feet! The elastic is tight enough to hold it in place, but not so tight that it strangles your feet at all. Initially I had to spend a few minutes getting the strap adjusted for our mattress, but once that was set, it really didn't take any extra time to set up the comforter. The comforter is pretty thin, and we ended up putting a blanket over the top just to give some extra warmth, so keep that in mind if you generally get cold at night. There are a few slight downsides. First, the tag is right up at the top of the comforter, which gets in the way and is quite annoying. This can obviously be cut, but I personally like to have the wash instructions right on there. Second, because of the strap, you can't put a regular cover on it. This is fine, as it washes really easily, but you wont be able to change the color and texture on a whim. Lastly, mine came with an small orange stain on the top, which I assume was just a one-off manufacturing flaw. The stain faded in the wash, but didn't come out completely, which was disappointing, and because of the strap, the comforter can't be flipped over or rotated to hide stains or flaws. All-in-all, I'm super pleased with this comforter. For the first time ever, we actually make our bed in the morning! It really takes no effort at all, and one person can do it without switching back and forth from one side of the bed to the other. Extremely convenient!

Well those fights are now Over with this Covermade comforter. It is so crazy how a comforter that has straps that go under your mattress and keeps your comforter in place can keep my husband from arguing. This comforter is so soft and comfy and Stays in place, which making the bed in the morning so easy. If you argue with your spouse like I did about stealing All the blankets, this is a MUST!!!

I love the ease of it gave some added comfort to bed and the velcro strap to tighten it on the bed a lot easier making it. Within the struggle of fitting it each time you make the bed. Stays in place love it.
