Cozy Kitchen Butcher Block Cutting Board

I gifted this to a good friend for her upcoming wedding. First, I paid for gift wrapping and an attached card and it was delivered with neither. It didn't have absolutely any information for my friend to let her know who this came from. She recently began to use it, about 3 weeks now and it has not only cracked but has expanded. This is absolutely unacceptable at this price. I will be requesting a refund to obtain something else. It's a shame because she really loved receiving it.

I was so excited to get this and when it arrived I fell in love with it. It was beautiful! BUT, I used it ONCE and after wiping it down the whole board bowed and it also cracked on one side. The bowing lessened after a while (it still isn't completely level and it tips back and forth when on a level surface) but the crack is still there. .I also want to note that I wiped it down with a wet sponge but not dripping wet. Cheaper boards that I own have NEVER bowed or cracked and I wash them sometimes. This was completely unacceptable. The only way I would recommend this is if you were only going to look at it and not use it.

After waiting about 3 understandable weeks for this customized cutting board I’m overly disappointed. I got the board and in 2 days after using it “ONE” time. I was upstairs and heard like something popped....anyways I went down couldn’t find what it was. When it was time to use the board for the 2nd time in day 3 I realized the board was swollen and that’s what the pop was!!! Added photos. It stared to raise in the middle and just swelling away.....now it’s even worst.

Although it arrived with a broken wooden foot, the customer service department quickly sent out a replacement. We absolutely love our new wooden cutting board! Customer service was friendly and helpful. We?ve ordered many items over the years and continue to be satisfied.

I ordered 6 cutting boards 3 different styles for Christmas gifts, much nicer than expected. Perfect gift for family members and friends. Came packed well, very fast delivery. Can?t same enough good things regarding product. Will use personalization mall again.
