I got the 9-10 size. definitely could have got 11-12. I'm a 10 in my every day shoes so I should have went for size 11. I'm going to exchange them because the shoes are so comfy. it's just the back has a hard material and if the show was just half an inch bigger I wouldn't step on that uncomfortable part. but I'm willing to go through the process of exchanging because they're so perfectly fluffy
These slippers were so comfy, but not for long. I ordered 2 pairs due to the description. The "memory foam" was completely flat, with no cushioning, after a week. I ordered larger than I need due to neuropathy (I weigh 135 so that had nothing to do with it). I am now wearing "fuzzy" socks with them for a little comfort, wish I would have only ordered 1 pair. There is also a hard plastic ridge at the back.

Las batas hermosas, pero un pedido incompleto, faltaba un pedido, y me cobraron unos impuestos que no estaban indicados en el pago inicial para justificar el total de dinero que me descontaron de mi tarjeta, que incluía el segundo envío. No son fiables, y es una pena que empañen la calidad con malos procedimientos. No es el valor monetario, sino que se respeta lo pactado con el cliente, y mucho más cuando el incumplimiento es de la empresa.
