Crane Cordless Warm Steam and Cool Mist Personal Inhaler in White

I bought this steamer with very high expectations, considering how much it costs. there is very little steam and it’s not even warm enough to sooth. Not worth it.$15 steamer works way better than this one. Will be returning it.

I’ve had this product for a while, and it’s not worth the price tag. After a couple of uses, it started leaking water from the bottom- where the tag with the serial number is. Obviously never put anything in it other than the water it came with, so no clue as to why it leaks other than it’s a faulty product.

This helps so much with sinus problems, mostly helping loosen things up and get me breathing again normally. Used it for 18 months now, the battery is getting weak. Would buy it again and recommend to anyone

Very little steam or power. Plus, big fancy box but no instruction manual!

This unit has very little power and produces very little steam.Good concept, but poor execution. I don't know where the positive reviews came from. It would be a lie to claim this uint perfroms as promised. We have another unit which is A/C powered rather than rechargeable and it works perfectly.

Gentle and effective, especially during the winter.

As instructed (charge the device for 3hrs before first use), I kept it charging nearly 12 hrs and even then, it never charged completely and showed only 1 green bar (half charged) instead of 2 green bars. Even with the half-charged or plugged, the device never started. It's a waste of time and money to buy this product and then return it. It's just 1 day since I got this device and returning it the next day. I will never recommend this product.

Purchased this device to help keep nasal passages moist, and help with stuffy nose. It definitely delivers! I love that it offers both cool and warm mist and is comfortable to hold. I use spring water, it takes a very small amount to get 5-6 uses, 15minutes each. Cleaning is easy, soak for 15 minutes in equal parts distilled white vinegar and tap water then rinse well and air dry. Instructions are excellent, worth reading all of them before use. A gentle shake if the unit stops misting is all it takes to get the mist back. After about 6 uses, it requires a 3 hour recharge. It has definitely helped me.
