Ordered personalized ornaments for my grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were all accurately engraved and delivered before Christmas. They are very pretty but wish the glass were a little thicker. Definitely a “handle with care” keepsake
The glass is extremely thin and fragile. I expected something a little more substantial for this price and to go on a Christmas tree. Information printed on it was correct and looked good .

I received the ornament that was ordered and the engraving is off centered and looks terrible.
I purchased two of these ornaments and paid for two shipping addresses. One was to be shipped to my Ottawa address and the other to British Columbia. Both were shipped to Ottawa. I expect the B.C. One to be shipped to B.C. I haven’t been able to get anyone to act on this. My phone number is 6137298197

It was so easy to create a personalized ornament for each of my children after their weddings. They are beautiful and just the right size.
This arrived quickly and looked great on my Xmas tree. Love it!

The ornament did not disappoint. The only think I wish was different is the size of the writing. I wish it was bigger.
