So happy I bought THIS slow cooker! So very neat to have a selection of inserts! The largest is wonderful for roasts w/ potatoes and vegetables. The medium is perfect for smaller cuts of meat, chicken breasts, pork loins and all. The 3rd insert has 2 sections...I use this for "meals for 1 or 2. Also good for 2 vegetables...endless uses! Food from a slow cooker is always tender, full of flavor, easy clean-up. I highly recommend this one with different inserts! The best! Five stars plus!!
I bought this to replace my old crockpot. I bought my daughter a different model 2 yrs ago and it is wonderful (but she moved out and took it!), so tried to find the same one but could not find the one she has. Had this for about 2 wks before I opened the box. When I took it out - the electric part was so light it felt like tin foil. The 3 crocks that came with it would not sit securely in the electric part. If I got one side of the ceramic insert level, the other end raised up. The lid did not really fit all that securely either. I really feel that the quality of items has really gone downhill. Maybe it is where they are coming from. I wish some American company would start making these products here in U.S. Maybe it is a fluke with this particular unit, but I never even used it. When I couldn't get the any of the 3 ceramic inserts to sit securely, it went right back in the box and will be returned tomorrow. Very disappointing! I had my last crockpot for 20 years and never a problem! This one is junk.

Buttons never worked and couldn’t get a replacement because it was sold out. Disappointing for how expensive it is.

Its difficult to rate a product that is in a million pieces when it arrives. This was a gift for a family member. At first when I picked up the box I thought what I was hearing was packing material. Nope! It was crushed glass! The item was delivered in its original box with no protection whatsoever. The box was torn and quite banged up upon arrival. Glass pieces fell out of the box as I tried to wrap it for Christmas. I feel sure the product would've been great but who knows. Why would you mail something breakable in its original box without protection during shipping. So disappointed as I didnt have time to exchange it before Christmas day.

I absolutely love this crock pot made Homemade chicken noodle soup with the big pot with the little pot I madeCinnamon roll Apple pie for Thanksgiving. And they both turned out perfect And they both turned out perfect. Easy to clean love it.

Literally overcooks everything I put into it. My food was boiling on the low and even the warm setting. Get yourself a better crockpot.

I really like the choice of three different sized pots, and the smaller one with a divider. It cooks evenly, and is easy to clean up.

Great slow cooker. Only wish I have is that it had latches to fasten down the lid for travel. Love the flexibility of diff sized crocks.
