Love this so much convinced a friend tobuy 1 and bought 2 as gifts when they were in sale

It cooks very well but the thing is, the plastic handles on the sides are brittle, had it for just 2 weeks, cook on it for maybe 5 times and the plastic part on the griddle broke. I tried reaching out to customer service via chat but to no avail. Would have been a 5 star product…

Love my grill, I use it several hours a week. Unfortunately the non stick surface is starting to come off in less than a year

This grill stopped working after 5 months of usage, it doesn't produce enough heat to grill the food, it will cook a piece of steak in one hour and still not really well done. Since I forgot to return it within the warranty period 12 months) , the warranty was already expired on June 6.

Used it twice but don’t recommend. Low heat and it does not have a cover. Does not heat up fast and only good for bacon and pancakes. You can do without this

I really loved this indoor grill but it only lasted about a year before it started peeling. I never use metal only silicone utensils and only ever hand wash with soap and warm water. I can no longer use it because I don’t want it chipping off into my Children’s food.

nice electric grill for non sticking of foods.....just wish it had a cover for it
