This popcorn maker does a very good job of poping and for the most part is easy to use. It works very well in turning the popcorn while heating up in the kettle and when it starts falling out of the kettle onto the popcorn collector below the kettle its like the one at the shophouse great! The only two things I don't like are some of the popcorn gets stuck on the kettle hinges (minor) and the other thing is they advise you to clean the kettle by putting some water in it and boiling it for few minutes so the oil won't stick to the kettle permanantely. It's not hard to do just put 4-6 oz of water and turn on the machine and watch it clean the kettle then turn it off and wait for the water to cool. The only thing is that don't tell you how often to do this. Otherwise great machine great popcorn!
This is our second unit. We had to return the first one because steam caused some kind of odd staining to the sides and door. We just returned the replacement because the magnets that hold the popping bowl lid were defective and thr lid would not stay up. We really liked the looks of this device and the brand name. Now we are questioning avoiding the brand name in the future.

I would give this five stars but the popcorn keeps pushing the door open while it is popping. The magnet doesn't seem strong enough.

Makes 10 cups of tasty popcorn in minutes
It heats up very fast and makes delicious popcorn. Only bad thing is that it doesnt have a light, that would have been wonderful, also its a hassle setting up after washing the parts.
It is really beautiful and fancy, easy to work with but popcorn is not as crunchy as expected
