I have had a bunch of knives in my block over the years. I have a 5" version and absolutely loved but I liked the feel of a full length chef's knife. Got this one. Super sharp, great balance, and the feel I liked. My Henckels chef's knife (that I have had for 15 years) is now sitting 3rd chair in my kitchen. I had no idea how good these knives are until I used one. Note to people writing reviews about any knife from any manufacturer rusting and staining - STOP PUTTING THEM IN THE DISHWASHER!!!!
THE KNIFE IS REALLY LONGER THAN I WANTED BUT WILL STILL DO THE JOB. I DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL STAY THIS SHARP. IF NOT, HOW DO I SHARPEN IT?

I use these a lot. Very sharp and versatile.
I lost my paring knife to a set and ordered this one. Now I have two because I finally found the other knife. This one is a little larger and a nice size. I like it very much. Thank you.
Love this small knife. Nice grip and sharp.
This knife has rust spots on it . I guess I assumed it was stainless steel. In 59 years I've never owned a knife that had rust spots over it. I am very disappointed with the quality.
reviewed as very sharp. Tried to cut a cantaloupe . it couldn't penetrate the skin. I would give it 0 stars.
Love this knife. Had a great pairing knife but misplaced and had not been able To find one I liked and was sharp. This one fit both needs.
