We needed a pot that grinds our beans and we also use pods at times. This is perfect, while opening up counter space as well. I recommend this completely.
The individual k-cup didn’t work. The grounds would be scattered everywhere and the water would spray out all over. I returned it.

Best of both worlds! My husband wanted a coffee maker, that grinds the beans for you and I personally wanted to have a single cup option we both like our coffee different ways. This coffee maker really gives you everything you need, except for a frother or an espresso option.

Single pod option allows grinds to pour through. Then clogs up so water just pours everywhere. Pretty disappointed.

My product came in bent. It looked like it was bought and returned prior to.
Would give it a four but the grinder is SO loud. Wish it held more beans also. Can’t imagine doing 12 cups and it holding the required amount of bean since the amount of beans for 8 cups barely fits. Easy to clean for the most part!

I am so glad I bought this. Space saver and it works great. Also easy to clean.

After burning through 3 keurigs in the last 10 years, I knew I didn't want another throw away. The fact that I can grind and brew an entire pot of coffee and/or a single cup is what I was looking for. Works great and the built in filter system is icing on the cake. the quality is exactly what I was looking for. No complaints so far.

Out of the box this coffee maker is really nice. It looks great and it feels well built. If sitting on my counter was the only thing I needed this coffee maker for, I would give it 5 stars. Here’s where it falters a little bit in my opinion. My previous coffee maker was also a Cuisinart with a built-in bean grinder on the top. We had that one for over 10 years. When it started to leak and not work right, we looked for a replacement. My wife wanted something with a Keurig attached. I wanted one with a built-in bean grinder. This one fits both needs. The very first time I used the coffee grinder I thought the thing was gonna take flight. The grinder is LOUD! Not only is it loud but after the beans are done grinding the blades continue for about another 20 seconds or so. Which makes a sound like the machine is about to burn up. I’m assuming this is how it’s supposed to operate. I followed the instructions on how many scoops of beans I should use based on how many cups of coffee (I made 10 cups). I used a medium roast coffee, one that I’ve used many times before, and the first brew was very weak. Granted, I do like my coffee a little bit more robust, but I shouldn’t be able to see through the coffee. So on the next brew I adjusted the amount of beans. Pretty much filling the grinder basket to the max. That brew was much better. So filling the basket to the top is pretty much where I’ve settled for a majority of the coffee that I make, regardless if the beans are medium or dark roast, (a little less beans with dark roast). The one thing I have found, if you have light roast beans, it’s almost impossible to get a pot of coffee that doesn’t look like tea even when you turn the “bold” button on and fill the grinder basket to the max level. Which was never an issue with my previous coffee maker. So it’s medium or dark roast. Which I guess I’m ok with. But I just find that there’s some inconsistencies with the brewing. You have to tinker a little bit based on the strength of the roast, how much coffee, etc. Again, something I never had to do with my previous coffee maker. I put the beans, dialed the amount of coffee, and pressed go. Also, the fact that you have to clean the grinder basket and top after every use is kind of pain. But that’s just me being a little nitpicky. On to the single serve side. For the most part, this works as advertised. With the exception of the preset ounces. The coffee maker has presets of 8 oz, 10 oz, and 12 oz. But on mine, 8 is 10, 10 is 12, and 12 is 16. So either that was done by design. Or the calibration is off. But now that I know this I can adjust accordingly. The other thing I’m not crazy about is the fact that you always have to keep at least 13.5 oz of water in the reservoir for it to work. My wife and I don’t do single cups everyday. So depending on how often you use the single serve side, you could have water sitting in the reservoir for months. That’s kind of gross. But I guess that’s just me being a little nitpicky again. I guess at the end of the day I would recommend this coffee maker with the caveat that it takes a little bit of time to get used to using it.

This coffeemaker is AMAZING!! Love the flexibility of of immediate cup with pod then brewing a pot for the refills. Grinder works great so far, only downside is having to wash grinder and too each time before new brew.
