I went to BB&B to buy a set of "stackable" cookware I saw advertised in a mailer. After looking that product over, I compared it and others to the Cuisinart DS Induction 11 piece set. The Cuisinart set was extremely well made, came with a nice selection of cookware, and was on sale. It wasn't too heavy, but heavy enough to know it was well made and built to last. Price was no object in this purchase but I felt the overall quality was right up there with the brand I had come to buy. So far it cleans up very well and heats very evenly. I was so happy with my purchase after using it while cooking my Thanksgiving dinner that I went back and purchased the remaining items sold outside of the 11 piece set and a 10'' fry pan for a friend. I can use this set of cookware on any cooking surface I might ever own and I believe it is the last set of cookware I may ever need to purchase.
I was so happy to purchase new cookware for my new kitchen. I bought the multi piece DS Induction set based upon other positive reviews. Bottom line: I have had the cookware for 3 months- 1. the top edges of ALL sauce pans and frying pans is chipping off- obliviously this is a manufacture defect. 2. the bottom metal grid has popped off one pot- again a manufacture defect. Cuisinart is considering my warranty claim for the metal grate that fell off the bottom- but WILL NOT cover the chipping anodized - their reason being - that is the natural break down of the product from use. DO NOT buy this product if you want quality- this is a POORLY MADE Product!!

The coating on this cookware started to chip and peel off into our food. I would NOT advise buying this
I bought these pans in June of 2021. The coating started peeling in the fry pans pretty quickly. Now they're all just looking more and more banged up. Durability is just not there. They heat mostly evenly. I use them on induction so they work well in that manner, but they scratch up like its no ones business!
Love these pots and pans, they cook very well and are easy to clean!
I have this set for two years at the most and all the saucepans nonstick surface shows so much wear and breakdown I am afraid to use them anymore. I was extremely disappointed in the set. I contacted customer service and requested a replacement 3 quart pot but t was told I could only get a 2 quart one. When it was delivered last week they sent me a 2 quart tea kettle not a pot! I will never purchase Cruisinart pots and pans again unless I get a full replacement for my set!
Work well with induction…sturdy..
Bought this set less then a year ago. I would add a picture- but the non-stick coating is cracking on all of the skillets. There’s also chipping-and are now needing to be tossed. The pots are starting to show it too. They have not been washed in the dishwasher, and are stored with padding to avoid scratches. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of this purchase. Would give 0 stars if I could. Not up to cuisinart quality standards. We also do not use metal utensils.
I bought these pans to use with my brand new induction stove. I don’t know if these pans were defective, but they scratched my stovetop. In addition they are not really flat. Extremely disappointed.
My wife loves it, end of story. Happy wife happy life. Simple things that matter most and this pot and pan set helps cook all the family dinners. So thank you CUISINART!
