Great pan! Nanorama ·

This is my second pan in this line. It's a great pan, particularly if you are on Weight Watchers or just want to cut saturated fat from your diet. When the cooking surface is new, smooth and unpitted, you really can fry an egg with absolutely no oil or butter and have the whole thing slide out easily. If you are careful with it, this state of affairs will last quite a few years. Over time, stuff happens, people get careless with metal utensils, etc. I've kept my first GreenGourmet pan (that I bought maybe 5 years ago) for backup, there's nothing really wrong with it - it just needs some oil or the food will stick. I find that if I just wipe it out carefully with a paper towel after use, it releases food better than if I wash it with soap - kind of like cast iron pans.I use it to make frittatas (this pan can be put in the oven for finishing a frittata).

I wanted a ceramic induction skillet with some decent flare to the sidewalls. This pan fits the bill, and with a low price, I decided to try it. On the plus side are the low price and the induction capability. It heats quickly on my GE induction range. Where it fails is in the cooking. While the steel plate helps it sit flat when cold, it's much too thin to keep the pan flat over heat. It crowns more than any other pan I've seen. Because of this, food tends to slide to the edges of the pan, which results in uneven cooking. The ceramic has chipped at the rim in under a month, something I've not encountered with my Zwilling ceramic pans in the 2 years I've owned them. If you don't mind a straighter sidewall and a higher price, the Zwilling Spirit is a better pan, although much heavier. If you want to stick with aluminum and don't mind Teflon, try the Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard Anodized, which outperforms this pan in every way. Again, it's more expensive.

High quality skillet BB&B Customer ·

These skillets are reasonably priced, truly non-stick and very nice looking. Had a 10” one that I loved, but ruined with high heat. Decided to replace it and add an 8”. No more high heat for my new ones!

Not compatible with GE Induction cooktops BB&B Customer ·

I briefly read a similar review before ultimately purchasing this pan at the store (I was pressed for time due to a screaming toddler). This pan is NOT compatible with my GE induction cooktop— it couldn’t even detect its presence. I’m glad I saved the packaging so that I can return it.

Finish wears out, induction - not that well Maureen ·

Finish weared off after a few months. Only works on one of my induction burners.

Purchased on 8-19-21 at BBB in West Wichita, Ks.. Have never overheated it or abused it in any way. Tried to clean it and when it finally dries it looks like it's never been cleaned! Will never shop at BBB again! Will never purchase a Cuisinart product again.

Works well. heats evenly and easy to clean.

The non-stick on this skillet is wonderful and the handle shape and length is nice. We have found that it crowns a bit in the center of the pan so liquids run away from the middle of the pan to the edge. It seems to be the case with less-expensive skillets, however, it's not as bad as some.

Cheap quality Jen ·

I was excited to find nontoxic nonstick that is oven safe for induction, but after just a few uses, the coating is coming off in a couple spots. I only used plastic utensils with it. Also, it won't work on the burner that is the same size as the bottom of the pan; it only works on smaller burners. I wouldn't recommend this product.
