Cuisinart Griddler Deluxe

Best addition to our first home kitchen. Never have I had a better Italian panini sandwich since a restaurant years ago.

I upgraded to the Deluxe model because of its larger cooking area, floating cover and increased versatility. I can make two quesadillas from 10" wraps (folded in half) or 3 large Reubens from homemade rye bread at the same time. I don't have to do batches anymore for the two of us. I love the floating top section because it prevents "squishing" of food items. I've been making a lot of sourdough rye Turkish style flat breads in minutes with different kinds of toppings and am getting more creative all the time with this Griddler. I've even made black bean chipotle sliders from scratch with a silicone ring mold that makes seven at the time without having to flip any. This is a time saver for anyone who loves to get a quick meal or vegetable sides on too. As a vegan, I love cooking asparagus, eggplant, summer squash, zucchini, hashbrowns, onions and more with the grill marks. I start everything on High heat and then kick it back to medium high and most things are done within 5-7 minutes with very easy cleanup afterwards. If I think I'm going to end up with a cheesy mess (hubby likes more than is recommended, lol), then I use parchment paper and cleanup is minimal. The elongated drip tray is a really big improvement over the previous model too. I highly recommend the Deluxe Griddler to family and friends as it's one of my favorite appliances in the kitchen.

Makes the best burgers & panini sandwiches ever! Had many indoor grills over the years that had to be replaced but this one cooks better than any other! Very easy clean up and very little splashing!

It took us a while to adjust to our new Girddler. This is our second one. We chose the deluxe model this time. Always love the easy way we can grill.

Cuisinart was quick to replace our unit that stopped working. However, it was just over a year old and maybe used 7-8 times. I hope this replacement unit works better, or else I'll find a new brand.

The Griddler Deluxe is my new favorite kitchen appliance. It's easy to use and clean. I cook breakfast, lunch and dinner at least four times a week. My new favorite lunch meals are paninis!!

We love it. It’s so nice to stay in a kitchen and grill when it’s so hot and humid outside. It doesn’t smoke at all , and cleaning is so easy! Super happy with my purchase.
