Love this grill!!! I use it 2-3 times a week the best stake, turkey burgers and breakfasts!! Make pancakes and sausages in one pan! The clean up is so easy!! Best Christmas gift ever!!

Bigger and better than the original griddle we had. We replaced it with the elite and it is amazing. It is heavy and I put it away after using it.

Ordered 2 Cuisnart Griddler Elites as gifts delivered to my home. 2 items arrived in box as expected. However, 1 of the two boxes had remnants of an orange discount sticker that had been removed and the box had been re-taped. You could tell it had been opened previously. Inside the box, the item had blemishes, and scratches. I was sent a used/returned item passed off as new. The item is very expensive and I expected so much better. Big needless hassle to return.

Only used two times and the grill has worked great. Had an older Griddler for years and decided to upgrade with the elite. The elite heats faster with a display that lets you know the status of each grill plate. Removing & installing the grill plates one should be careful. The plate plugs I believe can become a weak point by breaking if one isn't careful. All in all I find the Elite Griddler a perfect fit for our life style.

It grills very nicely and heats evenly. My only gripe is that it is a mess to clean. Oh, well.

Griddler that toasts evenly and makes the flattest paninis just the way we like them. The analog dials with digital display are perfect to know the temperatures of each plate, without having to press a button 20 times to get to the desired temperature. It even has a lock mechanism for when you want to do an open face sandwich and just warm up the top. The one drawback is that once you plug the toaster, the LCD display stays on, making it tough to decipher if the Gridller is still running. Not a big deal at all.
