This is a perfect addition to a one or two person home, I love it. The Cuisanart Mini Deep Fryer is perfect and already used it to fry Italian meat balls & Chinese egg rolls. The basket has a place to hold it, to keep dip off the peanut oil, then empty and add more. The clean up was so easy and has a molded pour spout to empty grease. It also has a charcoal filter on the lid that you can wash and my house did not smell greasy. Love Cuisanart products and definitely would buy again any new Cuisanart products.
This fryer is nice looking and compact, but the temperature didn't stay high enough to cook French fries even though it was set at 375, the highest temp available. After a few minutes the oil seemed to stop frying and the potatoes just sat there in the oil doing nothing.

This thing does exactly what it’s supposed to do. So far it works great. The only problem is that the lid is so poorly constructed. It falls off all the time. It seems like something so simple that should be fixed, but, honestly, aside from being annoying, you can work with it. If this is my inly major complain for the foreseeable future, I’ll be pretty happy.

I would readily recommend this to anyone needing a small fryer. It works really well. I especially like that the temperature is not preset, but controlled by the operator. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Heated oil to proper temp. The basket helps lift food in and out of oil. Too bad the oil reservoir doesnt have a way to lift out to clean. Trying to not get housing wet was pretty hard when cleaning oil reservoir.

Perfect for my peanut oil frying needs. It takes up minimal counter space in my kitchen. This is a well made item and it works great too. It is very easy to clean. I’ve had larger sized ones which were a pain to keep clean and took up too much space. I’m very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend it.
