Enjoying the coffee - Only thing missing is a clock and timer.

After just two uses we saw rust in the upper chamber where you put the water. I filled out a support form provided photos and all details asked for. After quite a long time I got an automated email that told me to call in for help with my “technical issue” . As a previous customer of the brand this was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend you buy this product. We have now thrown it out with no sight of a refund or human support from the brand.

The coffee pot is very straightforward. Push the "On" button once to brew a pot of coffee. There is a second button for iced coffee (haven't used) and instructions for pressing both buttons for another hot brewing method. I didn't notice a difference in taste for either hot brew (both bold and delicious) I wanted this percolator because it heats the water to near boiling before brewing. The only component that I still have to get used to, is the coffee grounds being housed inside the coffee pot. The handle is also a bit cumbersome, ie my thumb doesn't naturally cover the tab on the lid to raise it up, so it feels bulky. It is a very large pot considering the amount of water that can be filled into it- 8 cups max/6 for iced coffee. But this does make sense because of it's design, it just is different than

Love this pot. Begrudgingly buying another one after it broke after only having it for about 15 months. It rubs me the wrong way when a product stops working a few months after the warranty runs out… started smelling like burnt rubber and water rubs right through when poured in. anyway coffee is good and doesn’t take up a lot of space. This second one better last longer!

Design ensures ease of use and a generally clean and easy operation. It is also the best coffee I have ever had from an automatic machine.

Added this to our wedding registry and received it. Didn’t get a chance to use because I was pregnant and then breastfeeding. Was so excited to use it for my first cup of coffee today and it doesn’t even work! Called customer service and was told it doesn’t work above 2000 feet in elevation, and since it’s been over a year since it was purchased all they can do is offer me a discount code on a full price item. What a joke! It’s brand new and it’s not a warranty issue. I asked why they would even sell a model that doesn’t work in high elevation somewhere like Denver, CO, and she said not all of CO is over 2000 feet… uhhhh yea lady, it is! And nowhere on the packaging or manual does it state that this is an issue. She emailed her leadership team and said they’d get back to me, so we’ll see.

I really like this machine. It's very sleek and simple to use. I have only used the drip function so far. I have used different coffees in this machine and they all taste exceptional, including coffees that I had previously tried using other brewing methods and that I was on the verge of throwing out. I really hope this machine lasts for years. It was definitely on the pricier side, but will have a very low cost per use.
