Disappointed with the personalized stitching. On the “i” the stitching was connected (no space between the line of the “i” and the dot of the “i”. Didn’t seem as quality as I would have expected for the price.

Putting together the foam didn’t set well. Was Christmas present so I may have bought too soon before setting up

I got this for my grandson for Christmas and it’s adorable. The stitching and writing is wonderful on it. When you first open it up it looks confusing but once you get the foam in you will love it. I definitely recommend this for little ones.

I ordered this product three weeks ago to receive the day after Christmas and it looked horrible. The packaging was in a small box. Also, the foam cushions came damaged and couldn’t be replaced because it was purchased as a personalized item. I wouldn’t recommend this third party vendor at all.

My son name was perfect until I got to the I.. the dot above the i drags down connects.. I thought no big deal I won’t complain.. Until I put the chair together one arm fits perfectly while the other is entirely too small… Leaves additional space and there’s a gap for my little one to fall into.. Overall gives the product a sloppy look..

Horrible! Foam inserts are not labeled they do not fill out the chair at all… the chair is not sturdy whatsoever. Truly disappointing. This was my sons Christmas present. I want my money back!

This is a terrible chair. The foam inserts are all different sizes, and cannot be used. The personalization is sloppy. Do not recommend.

A very bad purchase.foam are distorted and in bad shape.my daughter would not be able to sit straight and still.extremely frustrated and disappointed.
