The blanket arrived. It is thinner than I thought. But definitely not red. It is rusty color. More for fall than Christmas. May return it.

I read other reviews about the petroleum smell but had hoped they had figured out the issue, and fixed it. They haven’t. My daughter ripped open the package and winced at the smell. I have it in the basement trying to air out but can’t decide if I’ll try to wash it or just return it.

This blanket smelled horrible - moldy and musty. I bought it off a registry for a bridal shower. Glad I opened it before the shower date. Will be returning it.

THIS THROW SHEDDED TERRIBLY ALL OVER THE SOFA IT WAS BOUGHT TO KEEP CLEAN! WASHED IT AND THE AMOUNT OF FABRIC THAT SHED OFF WAS UNREAL! HAD TO CLEAN OUT WASHER AND DRYER ... LUCKILY I WASHED IT SEPARATE FROM OTHER ITEMS. RETURNING...TOO BAD, IT'S REAL PRETTY.

Beautiful blanket for a great price but when I received it smelt so bad like it had been in a rat infestation. I have washed it twice with bleach and baking soda and the smell won’t go away. Will be contacting customer support tomorrow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this throw. It matches my farmhouse theme. The throw is soft, and easy to wash. It fits at least 1 person. The color doesn’t fade with washes. Doesn’t take up much room if you decide to store it away. Not itchy material. Bonus for it being white and black plaid you can leave it up all year round.

This throw is beautiful, but it is not red, it is orange. It is not brick red, orange/red it is simply orange. Luckily a friend was over when I received it and she loved it because it matched her orange couch so I sold it to her. Wish it had been red.
