I bought this because I thought it was antibacterial like the other Dial soaps of this fragrance/type are. However, I didn’t see where it said that on the bottle! If not, why not? There’s no reason to have a different hand soap and a different body wash, & as an RN, I like an antibacterial body wash at times, too (esp. like what we’re going through right now!). I normally don’t care that much if my home soap is antibacterial or not, as we didn’t have that for most of my life; I developed immunities to things, & I don’t have kids or pets in my home. But at work or during sick times, I do use it. Please clarify if the body wash is antibacterial or not. If not, I will likely return it. Denise, RN

Won’t buy it again. I want antibacterial like it used to be. Irritated that the company changed that and made the consumer discover it later.

I bought this because I figured tried and true Dial would be fine. Not. It is the consistency of mucus and if you put it in your hand it falls on the shower floor unless you really make an effort to contain it. You can’t use a small amount because it won’t come out that way. No problem as the whole thing will be used up in a short amount of time.

I bought product in a "pumper" bottle. I assumed this bottle was like most pumpers where you rotate the cap counterclockwise while pressing down in order to open the bottle. Not so with this stuff. I'm still not sure how to open it. No instructions on the bottle. I suppose I could dump the contents into another container but I figure if the pumper bottle is junk, then it's likely the contents are as well. This was my first and last time to give Dial a try.

I was an educator and I continue to volunteer in health related fields. I started buying this because of its antibacterial ingredients and it didn't leave you smelling like a medical facility. In the shower today I happened to glance at the bottle and it's no longer antibacterial. I have an old travel size bottle that I refill for trips and it clearly shows it used to contain triclosan. When did this change and why?! Will not be buying this product anymore.
