DKNY Parsons Stripe 72-Inch Shower Curtain

Looks better in person than in the photos. It's hard to see in the pictures, but the stripe pattern continues up above the lower navy blue portion with a subtle off-white color which looks nice. The material texture is a little rough and "shlubby" which I like and wanted, but be aware of it if that's not what you want. Thin enough to let a lot of diffuse light through. Overall it's a great understated addition to the bathroom - adding color without calling too much attention.

This is a beautiful shower curtain.The stripes are various shades of gray that progressively get darker toward the bottom of the curtain, and the cotton seersucker fabric is lovely. This shower curtain looked beautiful and fit seamlessly in my farmhouse style guest bathroom... that is until I washed it. The problem with this shower curtain is that it shrinks. I was worried about the shrinkage factor considering the seersucker fabric, but I decided to have faith in the care instructions and followed the laundering directions to a tee. When I hung the curtain after laundering, I wished I had followed my instincts. It had shrunk about 5 inches. I have kept the shower curtain because the pattern and color are perfect, and I have an extra white liner behind it to give the illusion of proper length. While I do recommend this shower curtain based on appearance, I do so with the warning that it should definitely not be put in the dryer and should possibly only be a hand wash item.
