Directions
How to Use: Detoxify your body: Pour at least 2 cups of Dr Teal's Epsom salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes, and let the rich minerals absorb through the skin, offering relief to sore muscles. Soothe muscles and body pains: Create a soothing paste by dissolving a handful of Dr Teal's Epsom Salt into a cup of hot water and cool the solution in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Clean the skin before applying the paste to the affected area. Relieve Sprains and Stings; Add 1 cup of Dr Teal's Epsom Salt to 1 quart of warm water. Immerse a wash cloth in the solution, then wring out excess water. Apply the warm wash cloth to the affected area until the wash cloth is no longer warm. Repeat two or three times to help reduce pain and swelling.

Dr.Teal's is one of my best kept secrets! I loved this salt bath. It might have a strong scent to some, it seems that there was a stringent scent? I'd have to check all the ingredients, but I found it soothing and relaxing. It dissolves well compared to other brands I've tried. Highly recommend

This is hands down my favorite Dr Teal’s scent! It’s not overpowering, and is very soothing. I go out of my way to go to the specific store that sells this scent - I love it that much! It will definitely upgrade your bath routine.

The scent is subtle but relaxing. I actually used this after being sick and bounced back like no tomorrow. I felt energized and definitely detoxified (will buy again!)

I stand by this Aromatic brand and I'm sticking to it! Dr Teal's is the TRUTH. The cost of this stuff is very very inexpensive, for the experience and results you get for using it. It smells AMAZING, VERY affective, and worth every penny. Detoxify your mind, body, and soul with this relaxing soaking solution. I recommend stocking up on all the scents because it's definitely worth it I promise you!!!!

My absolute Favorite Epsom salt scent. The smell is divine. Used to be able to find at my local grocery store. But now it’s Soooo hard to find! :( Perfect cure for a hangover and also muscle aches. Love Dr. Teals for my bathtime. But this Scent is by far the best!

I love dr teals, this is so good for soaking your feet, and putting some in a hot bath, it soothes and softens my skin, when I have achy muscles this really helps, its affordable and it's a life saver, I recommend this to friends
