Dr. Teal's® 48 oz. Melatonin Sleep Soak with Essential Oil

The scent is not over powering in the bath and it is very relaxing. It soothes a hard day's work or even just a stressful day. Love coming home and taking a long hot bath with teals.

It bring me into a very calm mood while I’m in the bathtub and it also makes my body feel good. I get back aches every now and again but when I put this in the tub, my back is relieved instantly.

I decided to try the melatonin sleep soak at nights in hopes I’d get better sleep at night. It’s truly helped me relax before bedtime and now I look forward to it every time I bathe. The salt dissolves quickly just make sure you pour your desired amount under running water. I poured it straight into the bath the first time I used it and quickly realized it doesn’t dissolve nearly as quick but both work! Overall, I love this Epsom salt and can’t wait to continue to use this nightly for a better nights rest!

It does contain oils so the scent with absorb into your skin. I had to shower twice before the scent went away. It left me feeling so relaxed after taking about a 20 minute soak.
