Dr. Teal's® 6 oz. Melatonin Sleep Spray

I don't have any problem to fall asleep but I'm a super light sleeper, so I got this spray to give it a try. First thing I noticed is how amazing it smells. The hints of lavender, patchouli and chamomile essential oils blended together resulted in this really soothing fragrance combined with melatonin. There you go, sleep potion ready to go! You can spray it on your body, pillowcases, sheets, or just around the room. I use it on my pillows and my neck, and I fall asleep in less than 10 minutes. I have to sleep with earplugs – my husband only sleeps with the TV on – but I usually wake up from time to time during my first hour of sleep. Since I got this, I sleep like a baby from the moment I close my eyes until the morning. I definitely recommend it!

I love this stuff! This helps me go to sleep so fast especially when my mind is running and thinking about million things. It helps me relax and it smells good also! It helps me fall asleep within minutes.

 I have nothing but re-reviews for Dr. teals lavender Cala meal and melatonin sleep spray. I’ve been using Dr. teals bath salts, at first the plain kind and when they came out with lavender essential oil scented infused bath salts and I bought them right away because hot baths are my Cure for headaches insomnia stress sore muscles just everything and they elevate the restorative properties of my already delicious hot baths. I will definitely keep buying the sleep spray and probably gift it to loved ones as well that’s how much I love it and I hardly ever get the same thing for myself and people I love since everyone is so different but I don’t see how someone could love this product. Six stars (if I could rate it higher than five 😊)

I have tried more expensive pillow sprays, and I think this one smells the best! It doesn’t smell like pure lavender, maybe camomile as well? I love it and use it every night on my pillow, bed, and myself!

Smells so goood! I have severe allergy and this spray doesn’t trigger it, which is amazing. It really does make you feel sleepy and relaxed, tho it does take some time to be effective.

the scent is more like a vanilla-y sweet lavender rather than a lavender essential oil type smell, but i like that! it’s nice to spray on your sheets and pillows or your skin. very gentle. it lingers for a while and it definitely calms you down!

If you haven’t tried this yet, i highly recommend it! I recently received this as a gift and i’ve been obsessed with it ever since! This spray smells so good and makes me calm and relaxed. I’ve used it on my pillow multiple times and i’ve never had a reaction of a breakout because of it. This also pairs very well with the Dr Teal’s Sleep Lotion! Overall i would rate this a 10/10!

I would recommend this product to people of all ages. The lavender calming scent truly makes sleeping more, relaxing. definitely worth every penny.
