Directions
Pour 1/2 cup of Dr. Teal's epsom salt foot soak per gallon of warm water into a basin or small container. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes. Breathe in the relaxing scent of peppermint to soothe the senses.

Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Peppermint Essential Oil, Fragrance, Sodium Bicarbonate.

I thought this for my daughter who was pregnant and had a lot of leg and feet swelling, she soaked her feet in this and then we used some Dr. teals lotion, and she was amazed at how much better she felt. The peppermint is cooling and soothing to tired, swollen feet. I would definitely recommend this product!
