With winter here and getting older I can use some help keeping my skin soft and nourished. I have lupus which makes my joints ache so bad and no amount of Advil or Tylenol will even help. I have bags and bags of this Epsom salt and I’ve tried all the different kinds of infusions (charcoal, clay, eucalyptus etc.) but my absolute favorite one is the lavender. Not only does it help with my aching joints it calms my body down and I can really just lay in the hot bath forever I’m not kidding. The smell is lovely not too pungent and it gives you such soft skin after too. I love taking a lavender bath before bed to wind down, but honestly I could take one at any time of the day because I love it so much!
