I'll start off with the good. -- I love Dyson products. I have fans, the blow dryer and the air wrap. While all pricey, I think they are all worth it. Well made, long-lasting. The hair products are all gentle on your hair, especially someone like me who heavily abuses my hair. The Corrale straightener definitely doesn't flatten your hair to your head like other flat irons do, and it doesn't cause the type of damage other flat irons/straighteners do. Those are two positive things. Now, unfortunately, I don't think this is worth the money. First of all, it's VERY heavy. If you have long hair, thick hair, or both, your hands and wrists are going to need a break after using it. Second of all, the battery life - this is ridiculous! It has to be completely charged to use it (it wont work if you're trying to use it and charge it when its on low to no battery.) It takes a little over an hour to fully charge it (while its not in use and off), and once you start using it and its not on the charger, the battery dies after about 15 minutes worth of use. It's pretty silly. If I plan on using it, I just keep it on the charger the whole time but the battery still dies faster than it can stay charged. Overall, I'm very disappointed in this product. Save your money.

I bought this a month ago and I am loving it perfect for straight hair and curls. Curls are more long lasting. Pricy but worth it

I love this straightener! Easy to use, heats up quickly, the side of the flat iron doesn’t burn my scalp if I accidentally touch my scalp. My hair dies not frizz anymore! I can’t say enough good things about this flat iron.

I am reviewing this based on how it is advertised - a hair iron with little to no damage on hair. All other reviews about battery is all nonsense review as this is a hair iron - of course you can’t use it 3 hours straight like the one that’s plugged. Not unless you want them to make this heavy and bigger, don’t expect for this to hold hours of styling. The iron does not make your hair smell like it’s on fire. You would feel that the hair keeps its strength while being styled and the style holds for a very long time. I bought this because my hair is thin and I get split ends due to styling but eversince I’ve had this, I have not gotten any splits. Best purchase ever. The battery will last you enough to style your hair for one styling in you have thick hair, if like me, I get two stylings without charging in between .. the instructions did include to make sure it’s plugged in between uses.

I have had this straightener for about a year now. It works fine but honestly the charge barely lasts and the convenience of not plugging it in does not outweigh the burden of trying to remember to charge it in between. But the WORST thing about this straightener is the airplane mode thing - BOTH times I have flied and removed this like directed the tag is ripped off in my bag. And both times I was extra careful where I packed it. Honestly a terrible design and I'm just going to order from another company. Sad because I have the air wrap and blow dryer as well and those are much better from a design / utility standpoint

I have had my stain straightener for a year and 2 months and the battery now dies very quick for the price it should not do that

The battery doesn’t last long at all so the reason why I bought it was because it was cordless but it beats the purpose when it constantly dies.
