When I first got this I was very unsure about ther pistol design but now think it is the best idea ever. It is much easier to grip. The function to change nozzles is very easy to use.

Wonderful product!
I am so very disappointed in this Dyson handheld. Worked great for a short while (less than six months) now the roller bar quits working with very little pressure applied. Even after following Dyson's Customer Support (a YouTube video, very disappointing for this amount of money) the bar speed is faster but still stops rotating very easily, whole reason why I purchased this instead of a Dustbuster, I needed the rotating bar and I love Dyson....I "LOVED" Dyson, used them for years with no issues until now. Not impressed with their service or this product.
Love the Dyson products! It is expensive for a handheld. But.... well worth it!! You do get what you pay for. Extreme suction power and compact design. Run time is superb. Attachments are fantastic as well. Motorized brush is on point. The debris compartment holds a good amount. Super easy to empty/clean. Hangs neatly on the wall next to its big brother Dyson V10 Animal. Take the plunge you won't be sorry.
We’ve been pleased since upgrading to a newer model of our Dyson handheld. One thing I noticed between this and the older model we did have is the collection bin seems a bit smaller and there is no trigger. I do like the buttons at the top versus the trigger because my hand would get tired after holding the trigger while sweeping the stairs.
picks up dog hair off fabric couch well. nothing bad to say. only runs 20 minutes but thats plenty time
There is very little suction so if you actually want suction you need to buy a stick vac for double the price. This is now Dyson's only hand held. I took it to their service center and was told it was working properly. Unfortunately I missed the return window. After much research I ended up buying a Tineco stick vac A11 that can be used as hand vac as well.
