Bought the V11 Outsize about 2 years ago and just love it. A few minor problems as the catch for the bin does not release properly and I have to fiddle to get the collection bin open. Also I an trying to get a replacement brush head for the outsize brush head and can't seem to find a replacement brush head.
I'm taking perverse delight in seeing how much dust is collected in the cylinder. The machine is docked under the stairs and the accessories stored in a bag beside it, so handy. Vacuuming is no longer a chore.

I got my Dyson last month for my birthday from my family. I have had a Dyson with a cord for years and love it but the cordless is so easy to use all around the house.The variety of accessories is fantastic

I have had my Dyson for one month now and, for the most part, am really pleased with its performance. There are a few things I would change if I could. The vacuum is quite heavy and my arms really get a workout so I wish I had a lighter version. The button you push to turn it on should stay on until you push it to release. A trigger lock would make it much easier and not tire your hand out as quickly. The cleaner head is pretty big so I am not able to get under things as well as my previous vacuums. I also wish Dyson would make a laser light attachment for this model so I could see what I am picking up. Cat litter is a little more difficult and takes a few passes to get it all. As for suction power on everything else, it does very well. The dust bin is large and does show I am picking up a lot of cat hair and dust but may have opted for a smaller dust bin if that would have made the vacuum lighter. I do love Dyson as out of all the vacuums I have had, theirs is the best.

This is my second Dyson and I am so happy with it. As I have both carpet and hard floors...tile and wooden I needed a cleaner for both and the Dyson Outsize is perfect for the job. I love the longer running time and Digital display to letyou know how long you have left before charge runs out. This is great as when using on carpet more charge is needed. Also the bigger drum means less time wasted emptying it while on a job. I love this and would have scored 5/5 except I thought when purchasing that it came with a second battery/ charger but it just had one. Apart from this I am very happy with it.

good wide head and powerful suction, easy to handle and just love the auto change over from carpet to hard floor with the turbo boost available if and when required.
