Love this vacuum! It is so easy to use - light weight, excellent cleaning power, the soft head for my hardwood or flat surfaces is so FUN (green light makes me a detective searching for dirty areas! Its a video-game). Thank you Dyson for a superb product so easy and fun to use!!!

I love the push button start and not having to hold down a trigger. Very powerful to do the job. Its light, easy to use, and clean. Even my 93 yr old mother loves using it!

Bought this for my sisters birthday she can’t stop talking about how nice it is gave it a test run on her floors going to get one for myself we’re older women so vacuuming with this machine makes it so much easier to have clean floors especially with dogs

I’ve had my Dyson for a few weeks now. I’m glade I went with the v12 over the v15. It’s lighter and I’m fine with having a smaller canister. Just like all the other reviews, I wish the battery lasted longer. I have a ranch style house. I can get through the first floor before it dying. I just have to wait an hour to do the basement. Really it’s not that big of a deal. There’s more cleaning to do that doesn’t involve the vacuum. Also, my favorite feature is the light on hardwood floors. I feel like i can finally tell how good of a job I’m doing cleaning with it.

A household with an Irish Wolfhound and a Bernese Mountain dog like ours has gone through more vacuums than I can say. The last one 2 months ago. Bite the bullet and buy the Dyson. Save in the end. My rugs and hardwood floors never looked better. This is the one you want.
