This is my second dyson stick vacuum, the first one my husband broke lol so I bought a bissell stick vacuum and it was really nice to have the light to see under the cabinets but that too broke. So I broke down and purchased this new one and I really didn’t wanna pay $700 for vacuum , but you truly get what you pay for wirh dyson, I have an area rug that the bissell kept sucking up and wasn’t getting nearly any dog hair off. So I used the dyson today and the area and although I had to empty it 3 times it got all of our dog hair off lol having 4 dogs and 1 cat i need something that has good suction and lots of power! 10/10 recommend! Also if you have BB&B membership you save! So I only paid $590 something and that included tax
I fell in love with it (even though it was outrageously expensive). Many things about it are great! Then suddenly, I noticed it stopped showing the "Particle Count". Not a big deal, except that also means that "Reactive Suction" is disabled. I tried charging it, removing the battery, reinserting it, but no matter what, the "Particle Count" function won't enable. I set it to on, and hold the button for 5 seconds, but it still shows as off. The LCD screen also times out or glitches, and disappears after about 10 seconds. So you have to be quick to do anything in menu. So obviously, the vacuum just has a problem, and I need to get support. I went to Dyson's website where I already registered the vacuum, and went through the support menu. It was useless, and didn't provide any method to get to a support person. I finally found their phone number. When I called it, the phone does a variety of incorrect things. First, it will just answer and provide dead air indefinitely. Second, it will ring many times, then provide something similar to a busy tone. Third, it will connect and talk in another language. I got lucky and pressed 2, since I recognized it was saying "press one to continue in [another language]". I then got three options, Price Match, Existing Order, or something else. None of which were support. I tried pressing 2 anyways to see if I could get to a person, then it goes back to dead air. So I found a way to get to the Chat function, which you first have to answer a bunch of troubleshooting questions in a certain way so that it gives you the option to chat with a rep. I did so, and was presented with "No one is currently available. Please try again later." It is 10 AM on a Tuesday. Their hours indicate they are open, but I can't get support. I'm returning the vacuum. I may try purchasing it again later, but I'm not getting stuck with this thing if I can't get support, and have a partially functioning [expensive] vacuum.

Our three oversize, double-coated dogs leave fur everywhere. I've been getting by with a canister, an upright, a dust mop, a Swiffer, and an Amish broom. I was stepping or tripping over cords and lugging equipment around. No more! With the cordless, powerful Dyson, I can vacuum the entire downstairs in minutes. I'm impressed with its suction and ease of use.

We are thoroughly amazed at how well the Dyson V15 works. Convenient, lightweight, incredible cleaning on both rungs and hardwood. Don’t waste your money on anything else. Yes, it is expensive but worth it. When you see the dirt it gets from your rugs, you will be amazed. So lightweight …. No more pushing the big upright around!

I like it, but unfortunately, it doesn't pickup cat litter very well. This is my second one and I was told, it would pickup at least 97% of cat litter. It does not. Made at least 5 phone calls and got 5 different answers to my questions.

Love the convenience and power of this vac. Extra battery time is appreciated. All the features are as advertised. I will NEVER go back to corded vacs!

I bought this a few weeks ago and I’m very impressed!! I’ve been using Dyson products for some years now. This one is perfect in every aspect!! It has great suction, very versatile and the battery life is a huge improvement!! I’ve had several of their stick vacs over the years and they were all very good! This one is phenomenal!! I would highly recommend!!

I have been searching for an effective simple vacuum cleaner for years. Our central vac never seem to fully clean. properly. Ended up being more cumbersome than expected. Tried both upright and canister styles with limited satisfaction. The design and engineering of the Dyson is exactly what I was looking for. Elegant machine with a full array of attachments and accessories. The cordless component completes a perfect package. Not cheap but worth every penny.

Not gonna lie. I did not thoroughly read the description before buying. I’m a longtime Dyson user, knew I wanted a stick, so chose the one with the most available suction and bought it. I love our Dyson Ball, but at 17lbs it’s becoming too heavy for my injured elbow to use on 1600 sq. ft. hard surface and 400 sq. ft. carpet. At 7lbs, this stick is much easier to use and I really like it for our LVP. I thought the laser was a silly novelty, but I was wrong. We have indoor cats and the laser found every little hair and litter pebble. I do not love the stick for our medium to high pile carpet and area rugs, but am continuing to experiment with tools and settings. I will probably continue using the Ball for those areas. I kind of like vacuum tracks.

I have a love and hate relationship with my V15. Love that it cleans so well but hate that I can see all the dust on my floors with the laser. Lol
