The texture is great, love the Alpaca color! I like that it's cool at night. However mine has has a run about 6 inches long. I didn't noticed it until after I washed it and putting it on. I didn't want to return it now and have to wait again esp. considering the situation now. Other than that, it's good. Just maybe better quality check next time.
Purchased in Alpaca - it's like the perfect soft grey/beige. And since it's so hard seeing true colors online, I almost kept it just for the color, which is well represented in the photos. The material itself also does feel soft while still having a bit of texture and interest up close. But that's where the positives end. I can't believe how expensive this duvet is, when only ONE SIDE of it is made of that soft lyocell/linen blend. Yes, ONE SIDE. Flip it over and the other side is just basic cotton, in a darker more khaki shade no less. For over $100...? And with no shams too. Struggling to understand what justifies the price so I'm passing on this. There's better options for a similar price.

Thinner than a sheet
It looks nice. The under side is a sheet like material and the top is a cotton linen type material. It has buttons at the top that are folded over and it looks great. Shipping was ok I guess. HOWEVER my blanket came smelling like it was sitting and stewing in the bottom of an actual dumpster. The smell was repulsive. The cover was also a light brown color when it arrived. I threw it in the washer and bleached it and it’s definitely white now and most of the smell is out
Very disappointed with this purchase. I waited until the Duvet was on sale and once arrived it smelled so bad I had to wash it right away. After the first wash the quality was completed gone. Very disappointed.
I returned this as soon as I unpacked it. I didn't even put it on my bed. I'm usually cautious about buying a product with a celebrity name in it and I should have trusted my instinct. Very, very poor quality. I believe if I washed this it would fray and shrink.
This is the thinnest piece of fabric I’ve ever felt. It’s completely see through. I opened it and felt like I might tear through it. I could see my hand clearly through the other side. My bamboo sheets are thicker then both sides of the duvet combined.
I have been searching for that perfect duvet for YEARS. I wanted something with the look of linen that wasn't actually linen. This has the relaxed feel of a linen duvet without being scratchy or overly wrinkly. ED managed to blend a soft look with an upscale feel. I LOVE my bed. It is soft and cozy and looks classy, but comfy.
