The plastic piece that has the writing didn?t come inserted all the way in the frame I had a hard time inserting it myself I had to use a piece of cardboard at the insertion so it wont fall out again The frame was solid but over all cheaply made for the price Usually I?m very satisfied with your products but this one I?m not

I just received my customized shadow box and I am about to request a refund. The insert that has the graphics doesnt fit inside the box properly, our names are halfway cut off because it sinks too far down and the top of the insert was not even cut straight, so there is a jagged top showing with a big gap at the top. I tried multiple ways to get the insert to stay at the top so there wouldn't be a gap and an ugly jagged edge showing, but it keeps falling down to the bottom again. This insert should have been cut straight and to the right size so that it would fit without any give. So disappointed :-(
