For such an expensive pump, You’d think they would include at least 2 sets of these in the original bundle. However elvies was the only way that made it possible for me to give my baby breast milk through multiple surgeries, returning to work, doing chores and running errands. So I just have to pay up for all these accessories...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Elvie pump is super finicky. If every piece isn’t completely dry then it won’t suction correctly. I thought having an extra set would be helpful, but I haven’t ended up using it as much as I thought

Replacement Parts for this particular pump are an absolute must. I contacted Elvie directly regarding the button piece to the pump. If your properly cleaning your pump I'm certain you noticed the milk residue that builds up on this piece as well. In order to clean it, you must remove the button. This piece attaches and secures the bottle in place, but eventually loosens overtime. Needless to say, I received these replacement parts in two days, no questions asked. To all my expecting mothers, especially those who work this pump is a game changer. It's costly, but it's worth it. One of the pumps was purchased for me as a gift, I loved it so much I went and brought the second one with a 15% off coupon courtesy of BuyBuy Baby.

The parts arrived on time and were perfect.

I bought the Elvie pump to allow me to be more active while still pumping, and also to use when I go back to the office. These spare parts are critical in making that happen while ensuring everything can be cleaned thoroughly before each use.

I needed replacement parts and Elvie had them sent out so fast! I did not expect to get them that soon but I received them two days later! Beyond impressed with the customer service and product!
