I don't think I'm going to touch a broom any time soon. It works really well, I like the light in front of the roller that helps to see the dirt, pulls a lot of dog/cat/human hair and it's so easy to use and light that sometimes I use it just for fun. I do notice that the suction power is not great, but works well for everyday cleaning (and the ease to use it makes it perfect for the situation). The box where it comes is all organized in sections which I found awesome and it's very easy to assemble/disassemble.

The vacuum works great as far as picking things up. But when it is time to empty the canister only half comes out. I haves dogs and cats so lots of hair. The hair works its way up and does not empty. Way too much time involved trying to get it all out . I will be returning

So sorry that the suction of the HomeVac H11 isn't living up to your expectations. The vacuum comes with 20K Pa Max suction and handles hairs fine normally. Would you confirm if you were trying to use the vacuum on hard floors or carpets? A video that can shwo the problem would be appreciated. We'll do what we can to offer solutions for you. Meanwhile, if it works fine the firt few times you use it, you may try to remove the rolling brush, floor brush assembly, the blue metal tube, and the dust bin to confirm if nothing blocked inside; also, make sure the pre-filter and high-performance filter are clean and completely dry.

I enjo13yed using it while it worked and followed the proper instructions but it does not work. I paid with Pay Pal on 6/13.2022 and am within my 2 year warranty.
The Eufy home Vac S11 stopped working and is still under the 2 year warranty from time of purchase. What do either you do to replace it? Thank you.
Very irritating as it's no longer eligible for return. Suction stopped working and debris just fell out of the container. DO NOT BUY. HORRIBLE PRODUCT.
This does not stand up on its own. I can see it falling and breaking. For that reason alone I retuned it. Also the piece that holds it up HAS to be mounted to a wall.

I purchased the S11 Reach specifically because it had everything I was looking for. I have hardwood floors and a few rugs, so I was pleased to see that this included the soft brush roller along with the regular roller. I also liked that it included a spare battery, and the mini motorized tool which are perfect for vacuuming my car without worrying about the battery dying. Imagine my surprise when each of those items were listed as optional in the manual and were NOT included even though they are specified as “Included” in the product listing. The vacuum itself is fine if you don’t need any of the ”optional” parts, but since I purchased the more expensive S11 Reach over the S11 Lite, but still ended up with the same attachments as the S11 Lite, I would recommend saving a few dollars and purchasing the S11 Lite instead.
