Very soft and comfy without being too firm. Like Sleeping on a cloud
This pillow is quality made, and I am getting used to its large size for a king size bed. It is supportive, but very thick and I am hoping that it will flatten out some with use each day. I have given it 4 stars out 5.
Fill is advertised as 62% memory fibre and 32% gel. Tag on pillow says !00% polyester fill. I never would have ordered it if I'd known it was polyester fill, definitely not worth the money.

I am mostly a side sleeper, although I do often wake up on my back. This pillow is so amazingly comfortable for me. I bought three in case they're ever discontinued. With my old pillow I was constantly trying to fluff it, and bunch it up at the bottom to support underneath my neck when lying on my side. It would always flatten out during the night. this one gives plenty of loft and support for that area but it not hard or too high. It's hard to explain but I highly recommend trying it for yourself b/c for me it does not get any better than this. Paired it with a satin pillowcase (expensive, well-known brand w/ real silk) and I am sleeping goooood. Great job on this one BBB! Thank you!!
I would think all side sleepers would love this pillow. Before this pillow I was constantly rebunching my pillow so that I had some neck support when I sleep on my side. But it always flattened back out during the night and left me with no neck support. This one is soft, supportive yet not too firm, and gives a good bit of plush support underneath my neck. I also find it comfortable when laying on my back. I bought three so I won't be without it for a very long time LOL. And I would also like to to say I love bed bath & beyond so much and do not want to have to live without this retailer! I'm going to try to give them all my business over Amazon.
I have a lot of back problems and this pillow is fantastic! It has provided the ideal support and alignment that I have needed to help with sleeping. I highly recommend this pillow.
