This knife set is so easy to cut with, and I absolutely love all of the colors!
They are "ok". Some are sharper than others . . . a few are oddly weighted. To be honest, I haven't used them all. So my final decision is pending. Based on the first large one I tried - I was disappointed but the small paring knife is killer sharp and near perfect in every way. The Sandoko needs some getting used to if you are used to a regular chef's knife. Sandoko has to be held differently. I would try them but keep the wrappings so you can return them if not happy.

LOVE this set of knives ... especially too that they have covers! Very colorful too! LOVE them!
This set of knives have been a great addition to our kitchen needs. Both my husband and I have been pleased with them.
My package was torn open; retaped and crushed so I thought about returning before opening I decided to try to keep them to avoid return. Upon first use with larger knife the carrots I was slicing kept flying off the cutting board and I couldn’t cut them well. I got one of my older knives that needs sharpened to see if it felt better and wow; it was night and day better. Even dull my previous knife cut great compared to these. I’m so disappointed. As others have reviewed, the paring knife is okay ; larger ones not weighted well or sharp. They are thicker all around more so than any other knife I’ve owned which I think is to blame.I can’t recommend these ; so sorry.
Was shocked at the great price and high rating. I purchased this for myself and loved it so much I bought a set for my mom and my sister. We all love them. Price can’t be beat. Super sharp and love the protective sheaths for each. No issues. Looking forward to continued use!
I am happy and satisfied with the product and the price.
