Febreze® 27 oz. LIGHT Odor-Eliminating Fabric Refresher in Lavender

This use to be my favorite scent, it smelled amazing. Why would you ruin something great? This new scent sucks. I thought I had bought the wrong scent.

This was my absolute favorite product - I have purchased regularly for years. Helps keep my house smelling fresh with two dogs! However, I just purchased a new bottle a week or so ago and the scent has completely changed. The new formula smells incredibly cheap / chemical and is honestly disgusting compared to the light lavender fragrance I’m used to. I am very disappointed in the change, and that Febreze continued to call the new formula by the old name.

I have been buying the Mediterranean Lavender for years, and loved the true reminder of my life in Provence. Other products/companies offered "lavender", but for some reason felt the need to include vanilla...which overpowers the beautiful scent of lavender. This new scent has little to no lavender scent, and has a stronger scent of what seems to be strong vanillaish tones. I will not be purchasing this product in the future. It is simply NOT what I hope for, when seeing "Mediterranean Lavender" on the label.

I recently purchased this same product that I have been getting for a few years now. Same scent. However when I got home and sprayed the new bottle my husband instantly knew the difference in smell. I got my old bottle out that had just little left in it and sprayed to smell The difference... and there is. It is completely different!!!!! If you like the old scent I would not recommend getting the new bottles. People use to compliment the smell of our house and ask what we used... not so much now. I would recommend Febreze to rename the scent because it is very misleading to the people who enjoyed the original smell.

The original Mediterranean Lavender was the perfect option for those who want the benefits of Febreze without the typical Febreze fragrance. It was clean, fresh, and subtle. Now it has that cloyingly cheap mall body spray feeling like all the other options. What a shame. The scent name needs to be changed because people who have been loyal to this fragrance will repurchase not expecting the disaster it has become.

This new scent is terrible. Smells cheap and cloying and absolutely nothing like it did before. It was my favorite scent ever and I am so sad. Why on earth would you change the scent?! Used to be 5 stars, now only 1, it is that bad.

It gives it the lavender scent while it removes the foul odor it currently has. You can spray it on all types of fabrics like the bed, couch and clothes.
