As I am getting older, I find long hairs popping up from nowhere. And have very sensitive skin. I love this product, it is the very best ever. It does everything, it says it will do. Feeling fine on the skin and gets the job done. I was pleasantly surprised with this product.
After seeing the TV ads for the flawless "hair remover" I was excited that there was finally a convenient device for removing the embarrassing hair on my chin and neck. From the ad, it looked and sounded like it employed some sort of tweezer mechanism to pull the hairs -- it's referred to as a "hair remover" and not one word is said about cutting or trimming. As soon as I tried it, I realized that it's a stylishly-shaped hair trimmer, nothing more, and it reminds me of a tiny lint shaver in how it functions. Very misleading advertising and an utter disappointment. If I wanted to shave my chin and neck and end up with stubble, there are lots of cheap products available that I could use -- heck, I'd just grab my husband's electric razor.

I. Bought this product in good faith after seeing so many advertisement of this products effectively removing hair. This product caused facial hair to grow quicker and caused Ingrown hair and stubble that is even harder to remove. Very disappointed

Flawless Finishing Face is a great product that lasts for about 3 months if that. I’m on my 5th. Trying to decide if I’ll buy again.

I love using this to remove my facial hair BUT I lose the flipping spring every other time I clean it because you can't pull the head apart easily. I wish I didn't need to buy new heads every 2 times I use it. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because of this issue otherwise I would give it a 5.

Not a bad idea, however, beware, if you need to insert a new battery, the flawful device no longer works. You have to purchase a new device. Very disappointing and costly. Also, there is no way to contact customer support by email. Yet another flaw. Cannot recommend.

I have have used the Flawless facial hair remover for years. Since you don’t make blades for the old model which worked great, I bought the new model. It doesn’t do a good job. There was minute amount of hair in collection chamber. I used old model after-big difference. I wouldn’t recommend this new model
