I have owned and thrown out a lot of tupperware type food storage products. I think those days are finally over. What do I like about Brilliance? 1. The plastic is a stiff, hard plastic that looks like glass bus doesn't break like glass. 2. The lids are EASY to put on and take off. I think I put lids on the entire set in under one minute. Seriously easy. 3. They don't allow spills. 4. They stack neatly on top of each other without sitting precariously and form a cube for neat and easy storage. 5. I can throw them in the dishwasher without worry. 6. The lids are awesome. (Oh, I already mentioned that!) 7. I like the modern gray color of the lid locks. It goes with my kitchen- not that it's a big deal. I'm just kind of over bright green- you know? 8. I like the sizes in the set- even the mini's that some people complain about. Besides, when you buy the set, you get the mini's for free, so if you don't use them, no worries. These are a little more expensive than some of the others, but when was the last time you could say 8 positive things about your food storage containers?????
I'm not happy with the purchase, and plan to return it. I got these because they were supposed to be stain resistant. The 1st time I put spaghetti sauce in the container and I have an orange container now. I've used rubbermaid's premier line of containers and they are years old and no staining. I really wanted to like these containers. Also, the .5 cup containers are pretty useless. Just too small .

I purchased 3 sets to organize my pantry. No matter what, the lids can still pop off even after the button is pressed to seal the container. Food has gone stale in every container, even brown sugar while using the brown sugar keeper. I am so disappointed and can only use them for crafts and other items around the house. Definitely do not recommend for food!
I really loved these containers. They worked great and didn't leak. America's Test Kitchen even rated them the best storage containers. After using them for a while they have started to crack on the sides all the way through so now they leak. I don't have a dishwasher and have always hand washed mine so I expected them to last longer than they did. I've had to throw them away which means more useless plastic in the landfill. Disappointing.

So sad! Put leftovers in one of these containers. Went to open it up and the lid snapped a corner off of it!

These are the best for holding leftovers, soups and even doing prep work. I have never had problem with them. They hold up to there name. I use them in my home and just started using them in our Church. They are the best!

No gift wrapping offered even though this is a wedding gift!
Wonderful size to store dry goods. Also great for one pound packages of various types of baking cocoa and one pound packages of sun dried wild rice. This way you only have to open one pound at a time. Buying the set of three was a real value.
I bought a set of these and in less the 3 months 2 of the 6 containers have cracked. I was very pleased and ready to buy more before this happened. Now I'm hesitant. They look great and work amazing until the cracking started.
